Grant Thornton – Auckland Office Refresh

Grant Thornton is a leading global professional services firm, and this project delivers a refresh to their Auckland head office at Grant Thornton House, 152 Fanshawe Street.

Overlooking Victoria Park, Grant Thornton House occupies a prime corner position at the gateway to the Central Business District.

The brief called for a flexible layout that could seamlessly accommodate a variety of activities, from hosting industry events to facilitating confidential client meetings, while maintaining clear separation between public and secure areas.

The fit-out is configured with an attractive reception and waiting area. The main office area is secure from reception and includes a large boardroom on the Halsey Street frontage, an enclosed meeting and training room, and open-plan seating. A fully enclosed staff kitchen provides ample space for informal meetings and staff breakout.

PJM provided client-side project management services, coordinating the design, programme, and construction delivery to ensure the space was delivered to meet functional, programme, and quality requirements.
